Our Process
Initial Evaluation
We reach out to apps that pass our initial screening and are in our target categories. Typically we need to confirm <5 key metrics with the developer in order to formulate a bid.
Term Sheet & Purchase Offer
We then share a bid price or range with the developer who can then choose whether to continue discussions.
Due Diligence & Purchase Agreement
Upon agreement on price, we conduct a more detailed due diligence to validate user and revenue metrics. Then we draft and share a purchase agreement.
App Transfer and Payment
We use major international escrow services to secure and transfer payment in parallel with app transfer. Note we have acquired app businesses from around the world and can work with business owners in ANY market.
